I had a disappointing experience during my stay at Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg. Although the location was convenient and close to many attractions, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were hard to overlook. The room I was first given had a terrible smell and even dirty linens, which made for an unsettling start. While I appreciated the efforts to switch rooms, the replacement still had lingering odors and cleanliness problems.

While there were a few cons, like a slightly tricky door and a small bathroom, the excellent breakfast and indoor pool more than made up for it. I appreciated the friendly customer service, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.
